The Recovering Futures Peer and Training Service owns and/or presents curriculum which support our goal of providing Immediate Access to Mental Health Evaluation, Resources, and Empowerment for persons in need of what we offer.

Recovering Futures provides low or no cost courses to start or continue your development and education. *Each Training Presentation requires a MINIMUM OF Six (6) Attendees. Should participation fall short of this mark, we will reschedule the participants for a future training event or refund their tuition if requested.
This training is only available to Peers who will utilize the Recovering Futures CoRPS App to deliver telehealth services to persons referred to such services.

This course is appropriate to Clinicians and other Certified Specialists and Support Staff who intend to utilize the rapidly expanding role of Telehealth Treatment Delivery modalities.
This course is appropriate if you are a Clinician or similar who will Supervise the training and performance of Certified Recovery Peer Specialists (CRPS) as they conduct appropriate Peer-level Sessions with referred persons seeking service.

Certified Peer Telehealth Practitioner

Designed to support Clinicians and other Certified Specialists and Support Staff who may not intend to utilize the rapidly expanding role Telehealth Treatment Delivery modalities, yet need formal Telehealth CEUs. Suitable for all levels of healthcare education and licensure, this course was developed specifically to meet or exceed the certification requirements of the student’s State of residence (if any) and any applicable Federal Regulation governing the conduct of Certified Telehealth Practitioner standards of conduct, privacy, best practices, etc.
This 9-hour, 9-CEU Introduction to Telehealth Training Course is conducted either in person or via virtual means over a single 9 hour presentation period and incorporates limited practical application and role play exercises.
This course satisfies; in total or in part; the Certification and Training requirements of the State where presented, and this course (or similar instruction) is required to obtain Certification to provide care as a Telehealth Practitioner where indicated.
The cost to attend our Introduction to Telehealth Course Presentation is $180.00. Group Discounts are available for 3 or more attendees. Available training dates will be available on our website.
Certified Telehealth Practitioner (9 CEUs)
For Clinicians, Certified Specialists and Support Staff who do intend to utilize the rapidly expanding role Telehealth Treatment Delivery modalities. Suitable for all levels of healthcare education and licensure, this course was developed specifically to meet or exceed the additional training requirements of the student’s State of residence (if any) for formal Certification, and any applicable Federal Regulation governing the conduct of Certified Telehealth Practitioner standards of conduct, privacy, best practices, etc.
This 9-hour, 9-CEU CTP Certification Training and Exam Preparation is conducted either in person or via virtual means over a single 9 hour presentation period and incorporates practical application and role play exercises.
When combined with attendance of our Introduction to Telehealth Course, this CTP Course course satisfies; in total or in part; the additional Certification and Training requirements of the State where presented, and this course (or similar instruction) is required to obtain Certification to provide care as a Telehealth Practitioner where indicated.
The cost to attend our Certified Telehealth Practitioner (CTP) Course Presentation is $220.00. Group Discounts are available for 3 or more attendees. Available training dates will be available on our website.
If you are a Clinician or similar who will Supervise the training and performance of Certified Recovery Peer Specialists (CRPS) as they conduct appropriate Peer-level Sessions with referred individuals, contact us here about planned Peer Supervisor Training and professional development opportunities.
Though it is not required, nor will direct Supervision be expected of them, the Clinicians who refer persons seeking service to Recovering Futures for Peer Specialist services are encouraged to participate in these training offerings to better equip themselves with how our Peer Staff functions to improve the quality of feedback they can expect regarding the persons they refer.
